ThePort Network, Inc. Adds Two to Senior Management Team

Industry Veterans Join Leading Social Media Solutions Provider

ATLANTA (August 10, 2008) ThePortT Network, Inc. (www.theport.com) announced today that it has expanded its senior management team to support its rapid growth as a leading social media solutions provider. Ray Stetter has joined ThePort as Vice President of Product Development, and Aaron Biddar has been named as the company's Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Both executives will help to guide ThePort's activities in the rapidly growing social media marketplace.

ThePort develops an integrated suite of enterprise-class social media solutions that enables media companies, associations and non-profits to build and manage their own branded Web 2.0 communities. Already this year, the company has signed on a number of high-profile customers, including Arthritis Foundation, The Sierra Club Foundation, Bizjournals and CARE. ThePort has also expanded its client services, development and sales personnel in 2008, increasing its staff level by 80 percent.

Ray Stetter brings to ThePort more than fifteen years of IT industry experience, including former leadership roles at Ernst and Young, Channelpoint, and McKesson Technology Solutions, a healthcare IT solutions provider. His responsibilities as Vice President of Product Development at ThePort include product strategy and operations, as well as design partner management. Stetter holds a bachelor's degree in Management Computer Systems from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.

With more than a decade in the IT industry, Aaron Biddar oversees all sales and marketing programs at ThePort, including helping to set overall strategic direction. Biddar was most recently a senior executive at ControlScan, where he led sales, business development and marketing activities. He also previously served as Director of U.S. Sales for SCM Group, a large CNC machinery and software development company. Biddar holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Kennesaw State University.
